DELIVERY..

ALL ORDERS TAKE 10-18 DAYS TO PREPARE AND DELIVER AS MOST OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER

Once order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and purchased products summary. After 10-18 WORKING DAYS a dispatch email with a track and trace number will be sent out to let you know your order is on its way, please have someone 18yrs or older at the address to sign for the package.

WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS AND WRONG SIZES, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR CUSTOM SHOES AS THESE WILL BE MADE TO YOUR SPECIFIC ORDER AND SIZE.
